JOB DESCRIPTION

About the company: Branded Interior Designer company based at Bangalore and having operations across the city. This company is specialized into Residential/Corporate interiors.

Position: Middle Management Position.
Designation: Project Manager (Commercial-Interiors).

Qualification: Graduate Engineer, preferably in civil or architecture engineering from a reputed institution, university.
OR
                              Diploma Engineer, preferably in civil or architecture engineering from a reputed institution, university.

Job Responsibility: 
                
  Ø  Team Leader & Profit Centre Leader-Projects-Commercial Interiors of Corporate Offices and others.

  Ø  Projects management of assigned projects.

  Ø  Site Works supervision and time, cost management.

  Ø  Quality Assurance.

  Ø  Customer Interface-relationship Management-Customer's Project Managers & Team.

  Ø  Coordination with team leaders in Designs, Wood Processing Unit, Site Works, Marketing & Sales, Accounts & Administration.

  Ø  Ideation, Innovation, techniques, best practices.

Experience

  v  Three years in Interiors Products & Services with specialization in Commercial-Corporate, office interiors, in a reputed Interiors Organization.
OR
  v  Five years in Interiors Products & Services with specialization in Commercial-Corporate, office interiors, in a reputed Interiors Organization.


Notice Period: 30 Days or Immediate joining.
Compensation: CTC - 4 LPA, Higher consideration for Graduate Engineer.
Reporting: Manager-Site Works.
