Position:  Business Development Executive.
Experience: 2+ yrs.
Location: Kammanahalli, Bangalore.
Qualification: Graduates or Post graduates or Bachelor’s degree in business management.

Job Responsibility:

·         Generating and Handling leads for the company.
·         Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
·         Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
·         Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
·         Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
·         Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
·         Attending conferences, meetings, industry events and close deals.
·         Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
·         Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
·         Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
·         Excellent organizational skills.
·         Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
·         Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
·         Report directly to CEO.
·         Help in establishing the market for company products and services.

Candidate Profile:

          ·         Male.
          ·         Strong communication skills.  
          ·         Must be a Self-starter and eager to learn.
          ·         Must have interested to work with a team.
          ·         Must be able to create good presentations.
          ·         Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
          ·         Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
          ·         Ability to work under pressure.

Skill-set required: Good business knowledge and Negotiation skills.
Mode of hiring: Permanent.
Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days.
Salary: As per Industry Standards.
