About the Company: Branded Interior Designer company based at Bangalore and having operations across the city. This company is specialized into Residential & Commercial interiors.

Position: Marketing Manager - Interior Design.
Experience: 2+ yrs.
Location: Kalyan nagar, Bangalore.
Qualification: Graduates or Post graduates.

Job Responsibility:
·         Identify and process the interior design leads.
·         Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive   qualified traffic to our front door.
·         Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to   execution.
·         Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like social media,   event management and performance analysis.
·         Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Blog that attracts and   converts our targets groups.
·         Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and   vendors.
·         Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
·         Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.
·         Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and   assess against goals.
·         Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
·         Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and   measurement.
·         Excellent organizational skills.
·         Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Candidate Profile:
          ·         Male / Female.
          ·         Strong communication skills and IT fluency.      
          ·         Should be comfortable to work in Interior Design Industry.
          ·         Must have interested to work with a team.

Skill-set required: Good business knowledge and Negotiation skills.
Mode of hiring:   Permanent.
Notice Period: As early joiners as possible.
Salary: As per Industry Standards.
