Position: Senior Management.
Designation: General Manager - D & B. (Interiors)

Qualification: Graduate Engineer, preferably architecture or civil engineering discipline from a reputed institution/university.
OR
                          Diploma in Engineering, preferably architecture or civil engineering discipline from a reputed institution/university.

Job Responsibility: 
                
  Ø  Profit Centre Head for Designs and Build business vertical in customised interiors turnkey solutions.

  Ø  Techno-Commercial Resource (Expertise, Knowledge Management) for Pre Designed (Modular) Business Vertical.

  Ø  Chief Marketing Officer-CMO and Head of Sales Division -Business growth and development.

  Ø  Business Management-Planning; Organizing; Directing; Control.

  Ø  Business Strategist & Policy.

  Ø  Head of Operations-Wood Processing Unit and Site Works for D & B business vertical.

  Ø  Head of Quality Assurance.

  Ø  Head of Systems & SaaS-D & B business vertical.

  Ø  Head of Statutory Compliance's - D & B business vertical.

  Ø  Head of Strategic Sourcing-Raw Materials (Major).

  Ø  Head of Communication - Internal and External.

  Ø  Any other tasks and assignment given by CEO & Partner, from time to time.

Experience

  v  A minimum of Ten years’ experience in middle management as Head, Leader of Team of a Division in a reputed Interiors.

  v  Business/Organization for Graduate Engineer with meritorious contribution in marketing and sales and knowledge in medium scale wood.

  v  processing unit and site works-projects management.
OR
  v  A minimum of Fifteen years’ experience in middle management as Head, Leader of Team of a Division in a reputed Interiors.

  v  Business/Organization for Graduate Engineer with meritorious contribution in marketing and sales and knowledge in medium scale wood.

  v  processing unit and site works-projects management.


Notice Period: 30 Days or Immediate joining.
Compensation: CTC - 12 LPA, Negotiable on merits.
Reporting: Directly with CEO & Partners.
