JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Company: Branded Interior Designer company based at Cochin, Kerala and having operations across south India. This company is specialized into Residential/ Modular interiors.

Position: Site Supervisor - Modular Interiors.
Experience: 1+ yrs.
Location: Cochin, Kerala.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Bachelor’s degree /diploma in interior /Civil.

Job Responsibility:
  • Handle the interior design projects at site.
  • Execute as per design.
  • Interacting with customers and PM, Design Team.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the facility.
  • Provide for site safety and security.
  • Devise and implement site policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures, prepare and file accident reports.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff and keep records of employee attendance and time sheets.
  • Provide positive directions to motivate quality performance.
  • Set project goals and oversee projects to completion schedule and track assignments.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with company or government regulations and ensure compliance with contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Communicate with customers regarding service.
  • On time delivery.
         Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of building methods and regulations.
  • Handle the workers, vendors.
Preference: Male.
Mode of hiring: Permanent.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Max 30 days.
Salary: As per Industry Standards.
