About the Company: Branded Interior Designer company based at Cochin and having operations across South India. This company is specialized into Residential interiors.

Position:  Showroom manager.
Experience: Fresher/1+ yrs.
Location: Cochin,Kerala.
Qualification: Graduates or Post graduates.

Job Responsibility:
·         Develop Business strategies to raise our customer’s pool, expand store traffic and   optimize profitability.
·         Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales   staff.
·         Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
·         Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
·         Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
·         Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
·         Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
·         Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers. (complaints, grievances etc.)
·         Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance.
·         Customer management skills.
·         Excellent organizational skills.
·         Additional store manager duties as needed.

Candidate Profile:
          ·         Female
          ·         Strong communication skills.
          ·         Young, dynamic and enthusiastic on works.
          ·         Must be a Self-starter and eager to learn.
          ·         Must have interested to work with a team.

Skill-set required: Good business knowledge and Negotiation skills.
