Roles and responsibilities:

Ø  Coordinating and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities.

Ø  Hotel room sales, Retail & Corporate either online or offline
Ø  Maintaining statistical and financial records
Ø  Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
Ø  Handling customer complaints and queries
Ø  Promoting and marketing the business
Ø  Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws.
