Roles and responsibilities:
Ø  Candidate to have sufficient troubleshooting knowledge on Laptop, Desktop Hardware Printer and Networking.
Ø  Responsible to follow the call handling/closure process as per company’s norms.
Ø  Responsible to attend on-site Laptop, Desktop, Networking, Servers, Storages Calls.
Ø  Attend & Complete the Calls within provided SLA’s.
Ø  Responsible to update the Call status at real time through their mobiles apps.
Ø  Co-ordinate with our Technical support for any parts or upgrade of products.
Ø  Responsible to complete the assessments on time.
Ø  Responsible/Liable for the parts which is assigned/carried.
