About the Company: Reputed IT- Service company based at Bangalore and having operations across the city. This company is specialized into Online and Offline computer service support to the clients.

Position: Service Coordinator.
Experience: Fresher’s / 1+ yrs.
Location: Iblur, Bangalore.
Qualification: PUC or any Graduate with good communication skills.

Job Responsibility:
·         Act as liaison between Customers service team and service Engineers.
·         Assign the customer requests to service team.
·         Necessary follow ups on assignments.
·         Reports problems and unresolved issues to manager or director.
·         Writes up reports of Engineer and customer activity or complaints.
·         Researches consumer base to better serve the needs of the target demographic.
·         Devises ways to improve customer service and client relationships.
·         Handle the escalations from client side.

Candidate Profile:
          ·         Male/Female with excellent communication.
          ·         Young, dynamic and enthusiastic on works.
          ·         Must have interested to work with a team.
          ·         Must be a Self-starter and eager to learn.

Skill-set required: Good communication skills and Friendliness to the clients.

Mode of hiring:   Permanent.
Notice Period: As early joiners as possible.
Salary: CTC – 1.5 to 2 LPA.
