About the Company: Branded Interior Designer company based at Kochi and having operations across South India. This company is specialized into Corporate interiors.

Position: Project Coordinator - Interiors.
Experience: 2+ yrs.
Location: Kochi, Kerala.
Qualification: Graduates, Post graduates or Bachelor degree in business.

Job Responsibility:
·         Co-ordination on Interior Project Execution
·         Maintaining and monitoring projects plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and   expenditures.
·         Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
·         Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings.
·         Ensuring project deadliness are met.
·         Determining project changes.
·         Providing administrative support as needed.
·         Undertaking project tasks as required.
·         Developing project strategies.
·         Ensuring projects adhere to framework and all documentation is maintained   appropriately for each project.
·         Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
·         Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
·         Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Candidate Profile:
          ·         Male.
          ·         Strong communication skills.
          ·         Young, dynamic and enthusiastic on works.
          ·         Must be a Self-starter and eager to learn.
          ·         Must have interested to work with a team.

Skill-set required: Good business knowledge and Negotiation skills.
Mode of hiring: Permanent.
Notice Period: As early as possible.
Salary: 3.5 to 4.5 LPA.
