JOB DESCRIPTION

About the Company: International Hotel group at Bangalore and having operations across City providing 3-star facility accommodation for corporate and retail customers.

Position:    Front office executive.
Experience: 1+ yrs.
Location: Majestic, Bangalore
Qualification: Any Graduation, Hotel and restaurant management with good communication skills

Job Responsibility:
·         Call Management.
·         Route calls to specific people.
·         Answer inquiries about Hotel reservations and tariff.
·         Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
·         Schedule meetings and conference room management.
·         Monitor the housekeeping.
·         Coordinate in and out flow of office mails and coordinate office activities.
·          Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
·         Update and schedule follow-up appointments.
·         Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.
·         Invoicing, Collections and Management Reporting.
·         Gather personal information and documentation.

Candidate Profile:
      ·         Female.
      ·         Young, dynamic and enthusiastic on works.
      ·         Must have interested to work with a team.
      ·         Must be a Self-starter and eager to learn.

Skill-set required: Interpersonal and communication skills.
Mode of hiring:   Permanent
Notice Period: As early as possible
Salary: CTC-1.5 to 2 LPA.
